Laura Hubbs (they/any) is a young engineer working to find their space in the world. They think in abstractions and poetry and work to find ways to express their thoughts to others. A queer artist, many of Laura’s pieces are framed around the concepts of identity and escaping the constraints of the conservative Midwest they grew up in.

After completing college at South Dakota Mines in May 2026, Laura moved to Portland, OR, to pursue a full-time career designing fire sprinkler systems.
